Congress to hold convention against Centres move to replace MGNREGA

The All India Congress Committee will hold a convention on Thursday. Workers and activists linked to the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act will attend. The party is protesting the Centre's move to replace MGNREGA with the G RAM G employment scheme. Leaders Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi are expected to be present.
