'Baseless and preposterous': Govt sources deny providing intel to US for sinking Iranian frigate

Indian government sources have strongly refuted claims that the Indian Navy shared intelligence with the US regarding an Iranian frigate. The vessel, IRIS Dena, was sunk by a US submarine near Sri Lanka. Iran has condemned the attack, calling it a war crime. The IRIS Dena had previously participated in India's Milan naval exercise.
