BJP-ruled city civic body fines party; case registered over flex boards during PM Modi's Kerala visit

Thiruvananthapuram Corporation has fined the BJP Rs 19.7 lakh and filed a police case. This action follows the installation of illegal flex boards on footpaths for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit. The boards caused public inconvenience. The Corporation secretary filed a complaint leading to a police case against the BJP district president.
