Alwar police probing rape charge against man held for rape & murder of IRS officer's daughter in Delhi

A 19-year-old man arrested for a brutal rape and murder in Delhi's Kailash Hills is a serial offender. Police revealed he played Ludo online with the husband of another woman he allegedly raped in Alwar just hours before the Delhi crime. Rajasthan Police have formed a special team to investigate the Alwar rape charge.
