Airbus' helicopters unit wins drone contract from French Navy

Airbus and Naval Group have secured a significant contract to build six VSR700 drones for the French Navy. These advanced uncrewed aerial systems will enhance the navy's capabilities for intelligence and surveillance. The drones are slated for operation starting in 2028. This deal follows a previous framework agreement between the parties.
