Social Security payment dates March 2026: Social Security recipients can anticipate their March payments based on their birthdate. Those born between the 1st and 10th will receive theirs on March 10, the 11th to 20th on March 17, and the 21st to 31st on March 24. SSI recipients are scheduled for March 25. A 2.8% cost-of-living adjustment is in effect.
