Trademark issue: Madras high court directs Geetham chain of restaurants to give 17 months profit to Sangeetha

Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy has imposed Rs 10 lakh cost on Geetham to be paid to Sangeetha for court fees, lawyers fee and expenses.
