Tamil Nadu minister S Keerthana fails to take oath as MLA over missing election certificate

Tamil Nadu Minister S. Keerthana was unable to take her oath as an MLA due to not having her Certificate of Election readily available. Assembly officials required the document for the mandatory procedure. In a separate incident, legislator R. Kumar briefly submitted the wrong certificate before correcting the error and taking his oath.
