CM Vijay balances cooperation and confrontation in first NITI Aayog outing, flags NEET and fund freeze

Tamil Nadu CM C. Joseph Vijay urged the Centre to release Rs 3,284 crore in Samagra Shiksha funds unconditionally and sought exemption from NEET. He also called for the release of Tamil Nadu fishermen detained in Sri Lanka and proposed declaring the Thirukkural as national literature.
