In a big blow to AAP, 2 MLAs quit party after 1st candidate list announcement

Chetan Singh Jouramajra from Samana and Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra from Sanour resigned from AAP recently. Their resignations occurred shortly after AAP announced its candidate list for 2027 assembly elections. Pathanmajra has faced legal issues, including a rape case, which has impacted his political standing. The party has appointed Surjit Singh Rakhra as constituency in-charge for Samana amid these developments.
