2 Punjab cadre officers for DG posts at Centre

Two Punjab cadre IPS officers, Amit Prasad and Kapil Dev (1995 batch), have been empanelled by the Centre for Director General and equivalent posts. They join five other Punjab IPS officers already cleared for top central security roles. This empanelment opens doors to leadership positions in CAPFs and key intelligence agencies.
