The 'Dhurandhar' song sparks debate
Ranveer Singh's 'Dhurandhar' features a song that echoes the iconic qawwali from 1960's 'Barsat Ki Raat'. This film qawwali, composed by Roshan, was itself inspired by an earlier composition by Ustad Mubarak Ali and Fateh Ali Khan. The original creators, however, never received credit for their work.
