Kartik moves HC over alleged misuse of personality rights

Amid rising concerns over digital misuse of celebrity identities, Kartik Aaryan has filed an intellectual property (IP) suit before the Bombay High Court, alleging unauthorised commercial use of his personality across online platforms. The plea names multiple Indian and international e-commerce and social media platforms, along with unidentified John Doe individuals, accusing them of exploiting his name, image, and likeness without consent.
