Bhooth Bangla: Akshay's film gets U/A 16+ rating from CBFC

Akshay Kumars Bhooth Bangla, directed by Priyadarshan, has been cleared by the CBFC with a U/A 16+ rating after multiple cuts and modifications. The horror-comedy underwent removal of certain scenes, dialogues, and disclaimers. Following additional voluntary edits, the films runtime was reduced to 2 hours 44 minutes. Featuring an ensemble cast, it is set to release on April 17, 2026.
