Cyient Semiconductors to acquire majority stake in U.S. firm Kinetic Tech for $93 million

The objective behind acquiring the stake in Kinetic, which was incorporated in 2006 and estimated to close 2025 with $41 million in revenue, is to drive custom power IC leadership for Edge AI and high-performance compute markets.
