Wakefit to float IPO on December 8; eyes Rs 1,400 crore

Home furnishings company Wakefit Innovations Ltd is set to launch its initial public offering on December 8. The company aims to raise approximately Rs 1,400 crore through a combination of fresh equity issuance and an offer-for-sale. Proceeds will fund new stores, equipment, and marketing.
