Actor Niki Aneja entered Bollywood at just 19, hoping to earn money to pursue her dream of becoming a pilot. After debuting opposite Anil Kapoor in Mr Azaad, she stepped away from films following personal struggles and later built a successful career on television. However, a serious accident on the set of Gharwali Uparwali left her badly injured and hospitalised for over a month. During that difficult period, Shah Rukh Khan visited her late at night in the hospital and shared what he knew about the accident.
