Ayushman Bharat will deny 90% people from availing scheme benefits in West Bengal: TMC's Abhishek

Had Bengal implemented Ayushman Bharat, only 90 lakh out of its 10 crore people would have qualified to receive the scheme's benefits, leaving the remaining 9.1 crore citizens high and dry, says TMC leader Abhishek Banerjee
