Manipur: Peoples Alliance for Peace and Progress files FIR against PUCL report on violence

A voluntary social organization, PAPPM, has filed a police complaint against a PUCL report on the Manipur violence, alleging bias towards the Meitei community. Several other organizations and political figures have also criticized the report. The PUCL report, released in August 2025, examined the ethnic conflict and alleged failures in governance.
