Maatrubhumi release date postponed as Salman's film faces CBFC clearance delays

Salman Khan's 'Maatrubhumi', based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash, may miss its August release as CBFC has reportedly withheld clearance. Previously titled Battle of Galwan, the film also faced backlash in China. Salman plays Colonel Santosh Babu. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, it also stars Chitrangda Singh, with music by Himesh Reshammiya.
