Renowned jewellery designer Farah Khan Ali has called out the paparazzi for its insensitive handling of veteran actor Dharmendras hospitalisation. Her statement comes just days after the demise of her mother, Zarine Khan, wife of Bollywood veteran Sanjay Khan, on November 7.
