Diljit Dosanjh celebrates Satluj release and Jaswant Singh Khalras life

After a four-year struggle, Diljit Dosanjh's film 'Satluj', formerly 'Punjab '95', has finally premiered on Zee5. The movie chronicles the life of human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra. Dosanjh expressed his relief and paid tribute to Khalra, highlighting the challenges faced in releasing the uncut film, stating that suppression of Khalra's voice in 1995 continues today. The film investigates the disappearance of thousands during Punjab's insurgency.
