CM asks WRD to lift and store Ganga water in reservoirs to improve irrigation coverage

In a strategic move to combat the impacts of climate change, Bihar's Chief Minister has empowered the water resources department to harness the Ganga's flow during the rainy season. Water will be diverted to the Badua reservoir in Banka and the Kharagpur reservoir in Munger, enhancing irrigation for farmers in three districts.
