In Srinagar, National Conference leaders, including Omar Abdullah, Farooq Abdullah, and Sakina Ittoo, defied restrictions to pay tribute at the Naqshband Sahib graveyard. Omar Abdullah scaled the graveyard gates after police sealed the road. Farooq Abdullah rode an auto-rickshaw, while Ittoo arrived on a scooter.
