The Maha Kumbh is witnessing an unprecedented rise in female participation, with over 40% of attendees being women. This shift reflects greater access to education, security, and evolving societal norms, enabling women to explore spirituality more independently. Religious institutions are also showing a more inclusive attitude towards women.
The Maha Kumbh's ODOP and Khadi exhibitions in Prayagraj feature the innovative Cycle Atta Chakki. This patented device allows users to grind grains while exercising, promoting health and reducing energy waste. The device was created by Amit Mishra, Rekha Mishra, and Ashish Gangwar, and has gained recognition for its blend of fitness and sustainable living.

Dr. Umesh Chand Pant and his daughter Umang cycled 700 km from Ghaziabad to Prayagraj to promote fitness through cycling. Starting on February 10, they reached their destination on February 15, resting overnight in multiple cities. Arpit and Shivani Shrotiya from Mumbai and a group of youths from Bihar also traveled to the Maha Kumbh using unique means.

This milestone elevates the department's status, which annually conducts extensive endoscopies and ERCP procedures with a high success rate.
Uttar Pradesh jail administration will bring holy water from Prayagraj's Sangam to 75 jails, allowing 90,000 inmates to participate in the Maha Kumbh from within prison on February 21. Prisoners will bathe in sanctified water after prayers. Minister Dara Singh Chauhan and senior officials will attend the event at Lucknow Jail.
