Woman injured in chawl slab collapse in Mumbai, cause being probed

In a disturbing incident, a 25-year-old woman was injured when the crumbling slab of a dilapidated chawl collapsed while she was drying laundry on the first floor. Civic officials acted swiftly, transporting her to Shatabdi Hospital for initial treatment. Later, she was transferred to Sion Hospital for more extensive care but opted to discharge herself against medical advice the following Sunday morning.
