Not right to violate societal boundaries: Maharashtra CM Fadnavis flags limits on dignity amid Rs 370 biryani row

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis stated that while freedom of expression is guaranteed by the Constitution, it must respect societal dignity and boundaries. This comes as Maharashtra Cyber Police registered a case against comedian Pranit More and others for allegedly circulating obscene and objectionable content on social media, including offensive remarks on women and deceased individuals.
