FDA shuts bakery in Latur for using expired ingredients, selling unhygienic food

The FDA has ordered the immediate closure of a bakery in Maharashtra's Latur district after inspectors found expired ingredients, improperly stored khoya and unhygienic food preparation conditions. The agency has also initiated proceedings to suspend the bakery's food registration certificate
