MK Stalin moves Madras HC challenging TVK candidate VS Babu's victory in Kolathur, seeks recount of vote

Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) chief and former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Monday (August 24) moved the Madras High Court, challenging Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) candidate VS Babu's election victory from the Kolathur Assembly constituency in the April 2026 Tamil Nadu elections.
