Vishal Chaturvedi begins work on sequel of Hanuman Ansh
Vishal Chaturvedi, writer-director of the spiritual film Hanuman Ansh, which has grossed over Rs 70 crore at the box office, has started work on its sequel.After a slow start, Hanuman Ansh, released on July 31st, picked up a good pace at the box office due to positive response. Its ending also hinted that the story of Neem Karoli Baba would continue, leaving room for another chapter. Chaturvedi, while speaking to an audience at a multiplex in Agra, revealed that preparations for the films second part have already begun. He said the sequel will depict important chapters in Babas life, beginning in his birthplace, Firozabad. The story will then move to Agra, Mathura, and other locations.During this, actor Shobinov Satya, who played the role of Baba in the film, was also present. Its worth noting that when Hanuman Ansh was announced on February 20, 2026, it was presented as a three-film series. The film series is inspired by Chaturvedis book Divine Detour.
