TISS postpones convocation with CJI as chief guest; students on visit for ceremony affected

In an email to students on Friday, the institute said the decision was taken under unforeseen circumstances and in the best long-term interests of the institute. Affected students say they spent on non-refundable flight and train tickets and hotel bookings.
