Wipro's new bench policy: IT company extends bench time for junior- to mid-level employees; what is the new rule, when does it start and what it means

Wipro bench policy: Wipro has revised its policy to allow junior- to mid-level employees up to six months of bench time. This change stands in contrast to other IT companies that have significantly reduced their bench time limits. The new policy will be effective from October 1 for employees released from billable projects. Employees remaining unallocated after 180 days will be separated from the company.
