Varun Chakravarthy ruled out of Asian Games with side strain, Vipraj Nigam named replacement

Vipraj Nigam will replace Varun Chakravarthy in India's Asian Games cricket squad. Chakravarthy sustained a side strain and is out for an indefinite period. The young leg-spinner Nigam represents Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League. He has taken thirteen wickets in nineteen IPL matches played so far. The men's cricket competition for the Asian Games begins on September twenty-fourth.
