US customs agency to stop collecting tariffs deemed illegal by Supreme Court on Tuesday

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection will stop collecting tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act from 12:01 a.m. EST Tuesday, following the Supreme Court ruling that declared them illegal.
