Tarun Tejpal, former Tehelka editor, convicted for rape in 2013 sexual assault case

The Bombay High Court convicted Tarun Tejpal in a 2013 sexual assault case. This verdict overturned a previous trial court acquittal of the former Tehelka editor. The Goa government had appealed the earlier acquittal judgment to the High Court.
