Tamil Nadu Bypolls: CM Vijay to campaign in AIADMK bastion of western TN

TVK founder and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay is set to campaign in Dharapuram on Wednesday ahead of the October 6 bypoll, with the western Tamil Nadu seat drawing attention due to its traditional AIADMK support base. Around 3,000 police personnel have been deployed, while entry to the rally will be restricted to 5,000 QR-code pass holders.
