Suruchi Singh, who shares her hometown of Jhajjar with Manu Bhaker and trained under the same coach at the same shooting academy, won India's second gold at the Asian Games 2026 alongside Kamaljeet in the 10m air pistol mixed team event. The 20-year-old had earlier broken Bhaker's junior world record and is now emerging as one of Indian shooting's brightest young talents.
