Sebi allows Adani, four group firms to settle public-float violations

Gautam Adani and four companies in the Adani Group have settled regulatory violations with SEBI. The settlement involved a payment of 14.82 million rupees to address minimum public float rules. SEBI had previously accused the group of failing to comply with shareholding disclosure requirements. While investigations continue regarding stock price manipulation, the companies are not mandated to make corrective disclosures.
