SC gets EOW report finding no direct link between IHFL loans, Gehlaut-linked entities in key cases

Delhi Police EOW found no direct financial link between Indiabulls Housing Finance loans and investments. The report examined loans disbursed to DLF, Chordia, and Vatika groups. No financial trail connected loan funds to entities associated with former promoter Sameer Gehlaut. All examined loan accounts were fully repaid and subsequently closed. This investigation was conducted following a Supreme Court order.
