RINL to put over 450 plots in Vizag on block

The Centre plans to sell urban land assets of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd in Visakhapatnam. The National Land Monetisation Corporation will conduct an online auction for 459 plots. Bidding for these plots will take place on October 12 and 16. This move aims to extract value from surplus land held by public sector enterprises. The plots are located in HB Colony, Maddilapalem, and Auto Nagar areas.
