Psychology says people who bounce their feet to music without realizing it may be responding to rhythmic alignment

Bouncing your foot to music without consciously noticing it does not necessarily reveal anything unusual about your personality. It may simply be a natural example of rhythmic entrainment, in which the brain responds to the timing and rhythm of the music. As the music establishes a predictable pattern, the brain begins anticipating its rhythm, and the body may naturally move along with it.
