Pakistan made every effort to dismantle goodwill under Indus Water Treaty: Vinay Mohan Kwatra

Kwatra, India's envoy to the US, said Pakistan dismantled the Indus Water Treaty's goodwill over decades, adding that Pakistan's actions destroyed the treaty's spirit of friendship and cooperation. India honoured the treaty despite decades of Pakistani hostility and cross-border terrorism, he noted.
