'POCSO offence cannot be quashed on basis of compromise', says Delhi High Court

The Delhi High Court held that proceedings under the POCSO Act cannot be quashed based on a compromise between a child victim or the victim's family and the accused, and dismissed a plea seeking quashing of an FIR and related proceedings.
