New LPG Aadhaar rule from October 1: Check Aadhaar authentication process, what to do if biometric verification is incomplete and other FAQs

LPG Aadhar rules: From October 1, Biometric Aadhaar Authentication will be required for domestic LPG consumers to book refills. Consumers can complete their authentication at home using dedicated mobile applications from the oil marketing companies. Those unable or unwilling to authenticate will still receive LPG but at market prices without subsidy. Alternative options for authentication include doorstep completion by delivery personnel or in-person at the distributor's showroom.
