Mulund Metro accident: Five arrested; Rs 5 crore fine on contractor, Rs 1 crore on consultant

A Metro Line 4 parapet segment collapsed in Mulund West, killing one person and injuring three. Five individuals, including senior officials from two firms, have been arrested.
