A Massachusetts police officer resigned before a termination hearing after an investigation found he allegedly used Flock cameras and police databases to track a former partner without a legitimate law enforcement reason. The woman said she had left an abusive relationship with Rogers, while Stow later ended its Flock contract and removed its cameras.
