Left parties continue to stay away from TVK front, pick solo fight route for Tamil Nadu bypolls

The CPI and CPI(M) will contest upcoming Tamil Nadu bypolls separately. CPI will fight from Dharapuram while CPI(M) contests Maduranthakam. These by-elections are scheduled to be held on October sixth. Both parties are providing outside support to the ruling TVK. They have decided to contest these polls by joining hands.
