Lachit Borphukan Police Academy to be developed as a national-level police training institution: Assam CM

During the police passing out ceremony, Assam's Chief Minister lauded the recent graduates and the academy's reputation on a national scale. He emphasized state plans for expansion and improvement in police training and infrastructure. Over the last five years, the Assam Police has onboarded approximately twenty-one thousand personnel, with future recruitment efforts designed to further enhance operational responsiveness and community safety.
