India's new drone killer: DRDO starts production process of a mobile weapon that can destroy drone swarms 5 km away

India is preparing to move its indigenous 30kW-class laser weapon towards production. DRDO plans to seek an industry partner for the truck-mounted system within six days, which can target drone swarms, UAVs and surveillance sensors at ranges of up to 5 km.
