Indian Navy launches 5th Diving Support Craft 'DSC A24' in Kolkata

The Indian Navy successfully launched its fifth Diving Support Craft, DSC A24, in Kolkata. This vessel represents a significant advancement for indigenous shipbuilding capabilities and the Make in India initiative. Meanwhile, Vice Admiral Alok Ananda assumed command as the 13th Commandant of the Indian Naval Academy. He succeeded Vice Admiral Manish Chadha after a distinguished tenure.
